I created the cover illustration for the book “Your Heart and Body Already Know the Love That Leads to Marriage” by Micchi Tanaka, a specialist in sexual-intimacy partnerships and a psychological therapist.The book explores the emotional and physical processes that guide a relationship from romance toward marriage, approached from both psychological and practical perspectives.To evoke a sense of warmth and reassurance when picked up, I illustrated a ranunculus flower together with a woman’s legs in a soft, gentle style. The ranunculus represents “attraction,” and the legs suggest embodiment and inner emotions. Through these motifs, I aimed to quietly complement the text and convey the subtle connection between heart and body.
