mio.matsumoto (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

    • When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult

    • When it is necessary to cooperate with a government agency, local public body, or their delegate in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent could impede the execution of such duties

    • When the following information has been notified or publicly announced in advance, and the Company has submitted a notification to the Personal Information Protection Commission:

       

      • The inclusion of third-party provision in the purpose of use

      • The items of data to be provided to third parties

      • The method of provision

      • The fact that provision to third parties will be stopped upon the individual’s request

      • The method for accepting such requests

  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases do not constitute provision to third parties:

     

    • When the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use

    • When personal information is provided due to a business transfer arising from a merger or other reasons

    • When personal information is used jointly with a specific party, provided that the user has been notified in advance, or the information has been made readily accessible to the user, regarding the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of users, the purpose of joint use, and the name of the party responsible for managing the personal information

 

 

Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

 

If a user finds that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion of the personal information (“correction, etc.”) in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company.

If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such a request, it will promptly make the correction, etc.

If the Company makes such corrections or decides not to make them, the Company will notify the user without delay.
