I created the main visual for the International Magazine Symposium, an event that celebrates the global exchange of magazine culture.The symposium brings together editors, designers and artists to explore the diverse forms and possibilities of the magazine as a medium.For the project, I produced a series of illustrations featuring anthropomorphic animal characters inspired by the participating magazines. Each character embodies the unique personality and editorial style of its publication.
The completed visuals were used across the main poster, promotional materials and the programme booklet, offering visitors an intuitive and playful way to feel the richness of magazine culture. Through these anthropomorphic representations, I aimed to make the distinct worlds of each magazine more immediate and relatable.
