Two of my artworks were selected for Marc by Marc Jacobs’ 2006 AW collection. One was “Wolf” from my personal series Fairy Tales, and the other was a re-arranged version of “lots of hearts” from my you&me series, specially adapted for the brand. Both pieces feature distinctive design and refined visual aesthetics, and were developed into apparel and accessories such as T-shirts, cut-and-sew tops, and tote bags, which were released worldwide.The fantastical and powerful storytelling of “Wolf,” expressed through bold graphic imagery, was showcased on the runway, while “lots of hearts” was included as a special Japan-exclusive item within the collection.
